MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Sabine Parish School Board is to educate every young person to be lifelong learners who will contribute responsibly to our changing society and world to become productive citizens.

GOALS

1. To provide the facilities, personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for the education of all students of Sabine Parish.
    

2. To work toward a 3% increase in the salaries of all school personnel by the year 2002.
    

3. To provide equipment, as well as an environment, that will enable our students to be computer literate by graduation from high school.
    

4. To reduce class size in grades K-3 to no more than twenty (20) students by the year 2003.
    

5. To reduce by 7% the dropout rate for all schools by the year 2003.
