EXTRA DUTY

The Sabine Parish School Board recognizes that teachers must be required to perform duties other than classroom teaching.  It is recognized that student clubs, school papers, annuals, athletics and supervision of playgrounds, school buses and other activities under the supervision of the school are and should be the responsibility of the principal and his/her faculty.

In addition, the Superintendent may direct teachers to attend certain professional meetings, or assign them certain professional duties in other schools, whenever, in his/her opinion, the best interest of the school system will be served.
