PAY DAY SCHEDULES

All eligible employees shall be paid on twelve-month basis.  In the case of eligible nine-month employees, the earnings for the nine months shall be divided by twelve (12) in order to arrive at each of the 12 months pay schedule.

Pay day shall be the 25th day of each month unless the 25th day is on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday and in such cases the checks will be distributed on the last working day before the 25th day. Under no circumstances are the paychecks to be issued before these dates.
