There shall be elected by the qualified voters of each Education Election District of the parish a member of the Sabine Parish School Board.

The Sabine Parish School Board shall be composed of nine (9) members; one (1) from each School Election District in the parish as ordered by the Federal Court of the Western District of Louisiana and as revised.
