The Parish School Board of Many, Louisiana, Sabine Parish, met in public session on February 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. for a Special Called Meeting at the regular meeting place of said Board, with the following members present:  Terrell D. Snelling, President, James R. Martin, Vice-President, Roderick Davis, Spencer Faust, William D. Garcie, Daron Chandler, Donald Remedies, Dale Skinner, and Dr. Leah Byles.

The meeting was called to order by President Snelling, the Invocation was offered, the Pledge of Allegiance was rendered and the President welcomed the visitors.

Absent:  None

On motion by James R. Martin and seconded by Dale Skinner, it was carried to Terminate the Milk, Dairy Products, and Juice Delivery Contract with Mid-State Marketing as of February 10, 2017, and Piggyback on the Milk, Dairy Products and Juice Delivery Contract with Avoyelles Parish School Board.

On motion by Daron Chandler and seconded by Spencer Faust, it was carried to Contract with Oak Farms as Second Lowest Responsible Bidder if Sabine Parish School Board is not able to enter a Piggyback Contract for Delivery of Milk, Dairy Products and Juice with Avoyelles Parish School Board.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
