The Parish School Board of Many, Louisiana, Sabine Parish, met in public session on September 14, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. at the regular meeting place of said Board, with the following members present: J.A. “Buddy” Veuleman, President, Terrell D. Snelling, Vice-President, Spencer Faust, William D. Garcie, Dale Skinner, and James R. Martin.
The meeting was called to order by President Veuleman, the Invocation was offered, the Pledge of Allegiance was rendered and the President welcomed the visitors.
Absent: Roderick Davis, Daron Chandler, Donald H. Remedies
Presentation by Glen Bullard, President, Bossier Parish School Board, Board of Directors of the LSBA, District 5.
On motion by Terrell Snelling and seconded by Dale Skinner, it was carried to approve the MOU with Rehabilitation Services of Louisiana.
On motion by Spencer Faust and seconded by Terrell Snelling, it was carried to approve the Consent Agenda as follows:
· Approval and Adoption of August 10, 2015, Minutes, as Signed
· Approval of the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) Agreement
· Approval of the 21st Century Community Learning Center Budget
· Review Revised Policies (First Reading)

On motion by William D. Garcie and seconded by Dale Skinner, it was carried to approve Out-of-State Travel for 4 students and 1 adult from Ebarb High School to attend the National FFA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky on October 27 – October 31, 2015. Monetary Assistance Approved.
On motion by Dale Skinner and seconded by Terrell Snelling, it was carried to approve the 2015-2016 Pupil Progression Plan.
On motion by Dale Skinner and seconded by Terrell Snelling, it was carried to approve the CTTIE Instructor Job Description and Salary Schedule.
On motion by William D. Garcie and seconded by Spencer Faust, it was carried to approve the Classroom Teacher: Regular Education/Special Education Revised Job Description.
On motion by James R. Martin and seconded by Spencer Faust, it was carried to approve Alternate One and Inclement Weather Days of Change Order Number 3 for the New School Facility for Many Elementary School.
On motion by Dale Skinner and seconded by Terrell Snelling, it was carried to authorize the Director of Business Services to Allow Other Government Entities within the State of Louisiana to “Piggy-Back” off Competitively Bid Products.
There was no business under the Superintendent’s Report, informational only.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
